My role was to manage the end to end delivery of Infrastructure and software solutions to customers

Responsibilities: (for all projects within the portfolio)

• Work with customers to capture requirements and document solution
• Participate in pre-sales activity
• Bid and Proposal Management. Develop costed statement of works and bill of materials for the solution
• Turn-Key-Project management. Complete responsibility for adherence to delivery dates, scope and cost of the entire end-to-end solution delivery to the customer

Set up the PMO office. Negotiate and agree the PMO offering with programme manager, sponsors and executives. Define the process and procedures for delivering PMO services for the programme. Produce weekly executive briefing packs with detailed and accurate metrics for the programme Work with planners to identify, record and proactively manage dependencies and deliverable s. Work with solutions architects , project managers and developers to produce robust plans and ensure all relevant governance processes and procedures are followed.

• Set up the PMO function for the mortgage migrations project.
